Suchithra Sagar, CEO and Director

Sagar has led CommSouth from inception, putting together a highly effective, determined team that delivers optimum value to customers. Sagar has also established an impeccable product partnership with several pioneers.

Sagar is an experienced commercial lawyer with extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law. He was the standing counsel of several public and private sector companies.

He studied law at the Madras Law College, Chennai, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore, India.

Udhay Mathialagan, Director

Udhay has extensive international experience in telecommunications and private equity. In his role as non-executive director, he steers the company's long-term value creation strategy and provides access to international networks.

His corporate and investment management experience has been gained in market-leading firms in the Netherlands (KPN Telecom), Australia (Telstra, Crown Castle), and New Zealand (Jump Capital). He is currently based in Singapore where he leads Insight Infrastructure, an Asia-focused infrastructure investment company.

Udhay has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands, with a Bachelor's degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai.
